Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at cs@lasensus.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

     ●     A 10 Euro restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of 100.

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

     ●     Our responsibility ends once you dispatch the package. It’s up to the customer to inspect the package on arrival for any damage. If they fail to note visible damages to the product upon delivery and report it to the company within two days, any claims will be invalidated.

     ●     For any shipping-related issues, customers must report incidents within 5 days. After this period, LASENSUS cannot assist with any claims or compensation.

     ●     Defective products can be returned, but the process follows specific conditions. Customers must meet the documentation and packaging standards outlined by LASENSUS. If they fail to comply, their claim will be void.

     ●     Products returned without defect are not accepted. Once sold, it is entirely the customer’s responsibility to retain and manage these items. LASENSUS will not reimburse non-defective products under any circumstance. We provide store credits instead of a refund witch the customer can chose to take. Store credit only applies to products with value less than 800 euro. We do not offer any form or refund or compensation for products over 800 euro in value.

     ●     For defective products, customers must create a new order if a replacement is required. They can opt for a refund instead of replacement, but they are responsible for return logistics.

     ●     If a product is returned damaged or with missing parts, LASENSUS will issue a partial refund. The customer is responsible for ensuring that products are returned in the same condition as they were received.

     ●     Refunds will only be issued after LASENSUS verifies the returned product’s condition, which may take several weeks. The refund will be credited to the customer’s account wallet, not directly refunded to the original payment method.

     ●     If a customer does not collect their order and it’s returned to LASENSUS, the shipping costs will be deducted from any refund. If the customer fails to pay for return shipping, the items will be destroyed, and no refund will be given.

     ●     All products are covered by a 2-year warranty under European law, except refurbished products, which only have a 12-month warranty.

     ●     Damages due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect handling void the warranty. The warranty also does not cover software-related issues or problems caused by external viruses.

     ●     The warranty will be invalidated if any proof of purchase or warranty details are altered or if the product is tampered with by unauthorized personnel. This ensures LASENSUS maintains a clear line of responsibility, reducing risk and ensuring customers are accountable for following the proper procedures.
