WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free We do not offer any free shipping for orders from outside EU. shipping on Free shipping for orders over 200 Euro. .

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Once the order is packed, we will send an email with the tracking information. You will also get notified to pick up you package.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Our estimated delivery days account Monday – Friday.

Shipments to islands and mountain carry a different price than mainland.

To ensure the quick handling we advice you to place your order before 13:00

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

The customer can track his/her order online. We do not currently have an automated system in place to notify out customer of possible delays, but the customer can track the progress and location of the package. Lasensus is a distributor and delays outside of our control may occur. In such cases our customers are always welcome to contact us via our contact form and we will investigate the situation further to do our best in assisting all customers.
